Upload multi-page PDF print sets and annotate them with lines, arrows, boxes, ovals, freehand, highlights, notes, pins and photos. Placement tools are single-use — each one snaps back to Select, so a pocket tap never drops a stray mark. The same project is open to the crew and the office at once.
Sign in and load your project while online, then record marks, photos and form drafts with no coverage at all. Queued work replays when you reconnect, and replaying is idempotent — a retry never duplicates a mark. If two people edited the same form draft, RedlineOSP shows you a read-only comparison against the server copy and lets you resolve it. It never silently overwrites someone's work.
Export marked-up PDFs with vector annotations, a numbered mark schedule, and an optional photo appendix laid out four photos to a page. Photo captures keep EXIF GPS coordinates and timestamps when your camera writes them. Replaced prints never serve stale cached pages — cache keys follow the print hash and version.
Link installed work to project pay-item codes and unit rates, then build invoices from approved quantities. RedlineOSP reserves approved work so the same footage can't be billed twice, locks issued lines at the UI and the API, stores the issued PDF as a permanent snapshot, and keeps an audit trail of every issue, cancel and void. A voided invoice keeps its original artefact.
Export a QuickBooks Online package built from issued invoice snapshots, not from live marks: a ZIP containing the native import CSV, a separate detailed-lines CSV and a manifest with instructions. Billing that can't double-count your footage
The last mile of fiber construction is the paperwork. RedlineOSP carries a reviewed quantity all the way to an issued invoice and into your accounting system.
Managers maintain the billing profile — legal issuer details, payment terms and invoice numbering — plus invoice recipients, accounting mappings and unit rates. Field users never see pricing. Platform branding stays with the account owner.
Adding approved quantities to an invoice places a unique reservation on them. The same footage cannot be placed on a second invoice, which removes the most common cause of over-billing. Refreshing a draft requires review before it can be issued.
On issue, RedlineOSP stores a permanent snapshot and the invoice PDF. Later edits to rates, customer details or branding never rewrite history — the issued artefact and its PDF hash are preserved. Issued lines are locked at both the interface and the API, and cancel / void actions are recorded as audit events.

A cancellation or void keeps the original invoice artefact and serves a clearly labelled derivative. Voiding in RedlineOSP does not void anything in QuickBooks.
Read-only customer sharing is in development: the customer recipient role is modelled today, and its endpoints stay closed until the publication portal ships. Field-form totals are documentation totals and do not automatically add billable quantities.
Your drawings and job records, protected
Prints, photo evidence and exports are stored in private, S3-compatible object storage in the EU. Nothing is served from a public bucket and there are no guessable media URLs. Files are stored content-addressed and hash-validated on write.
Every print page, preview and photo is delivered back through an authenticated, same-origin media proxy that supports HTTP range requests — that is what lets a cached drawing open instantly, mid-document, with no signal in the field.
A nightly job takes a consistent database snapshot and a second, read-only job encrypts it (AES-GCM) and stores it privately. An independent encrypted copy is pulled to separate infrastructure on its own schedule and is integrity-checked on restore. The recovery key is never mounted into the web application.
Your company name, tagline, accent colours, footer and logo carry through the app, the exports and the documents your clients receive. Branding is controlled by the account owner; legal issuer details stay with managers.
Your data is yours: project records, marks, reports and billing history export to PDF, XLSX and CSV on demand, and financial-record projects are archived rather than deleted.
